Currently my old game 'where's my egg' works fine on Android TV with a gamepad connected. It is a seperate build I used for OUYA. What would you do? Release a different APK for Android TV of just use the same for all android devices and set up some options based on detection where your game is running... if that is even possible

I guess I can check on the title screen if a joystick/gamepad button is pressed. Based on this I can remove the touchscreen controls of the screen. If is was a touch on the screen, I know we have a phone or a tablet.

I have no experience with this but it sounds like a good solution.
Like "press a button on your controller or Touch the screen..."
