Converting datatypes from C possible?

To avoid using the OS-module to save JPEG and PNG i want try a couple of ways.
This one, saves an uncompressed rgba png file in 30 lines of C code but they use many datatypes.
Do you think it could be transllated into simple Cerberus-X code? No unsigned makes it hard.

 
I found JavaScript version that is a direct translation from it

okay I have 32-bit unsigned, so 64-Bit signed should cover it.
Otherwise, If I get into trouble I will split them into smaller ones and join them back.
 
Those 9 macros haha, but I want this so bad right now.
