Because our TED can change theme to dark color, It hurts the eyes when the help document is in white background. Especially working at night.
Here, I changed the CSS file to make the color dark blue. May be someone here like to use it.
Rename file pagestyle.css.txt to pagestyle.css and replace your 'docs\html\pagestyle.css' but make sure to backup the Ori
