FontDu - shaders

Started the next version of FontDu. Each effect is now a shader

current 3 plasma effects and the default shaded quad. time to think of more shaders....
Each shader can have 4 colour inputs and a seed.

Added 2 more shaders last night... noise and cell

Looking at the examples I think the 4 colour plasma is broken. Will look into that
