This modification makes gamepad count work on HTML5. When a gamepad is disconnected the next ones up will be moved down on the array, because this is how it seems to work on GLFW. Tested with 0-5 gamepads connected, because the HTML5 target's max is set to 4.

I attached a demo that draws the results of all the joystick functions.
