Suggestion Insert Code Snippet

I have no idea how difficult it would be to implement but the ability to insert a code snippet in Ted would be useful. I'd imagine the easiest way would be to assign one or more lines of text to a 'macro' key in options. Most of all I'd like it for adding comment blocks in an easy and consistent way :D, you know like:

Code:
' ----------------------------------
' Comment here
'-----------------------------------

or

Code:
' ----------------------------------
' params:
' returns:
'-----------------------------------

I realize I could keep a text file open and copy/paste into the source as required but a defined key combination would be quicker.
