No. If that was the case, then it would be pointless having MinGW installed on Window if you have to have any MSVC tools installed.is MSVC needed for some stuff?
I don't know as I don't own a Win 11 compatible machine and if I remember corretly @MikeHart doesn't either. So I'm curious about your first tryouts.Does it fully support Windows 11?
Or you could just install WINE.Okay a VM might be the better choice then.
I have no luck with Wine on my Parrot OS it keeps crashing. I think it can run wordpad but it seem very unstable so I would like to avoid that can of worms for now if possible.Or you could just install WINE.
Windows 11 is just a face-lift of Windows 10. There's no real big changes.
