I am developing a simple app to improve my typing speed. Last week I read @MikeHart 's roadmap again and thought I could post this one.
It is not finished and there are some essential things missing, but you can already try it here.

This is how it works:
- Prerequisites: You need to be able to write blindly first. This app is only helping you to increase your speed.
- Only practice the most often used words.
- Practice a small amount of words to get fluent without thinking.
- Practice weak/slow words to decrease breaks in the flow.
- Decrease the use of Backspace, as it slows you down. Better use Ctrl-Backspace to delete a whole word.

Now you can train the first 50 words.
It measures your speed at those words and gives you 20 words to practice until you reach 5 words per minute more.
After that you practice your slowest five words to get them to the average speed level of your last 20 word session.

And I fixed a bug, @MikeHart found. Now it ignores Delete characters.
