I'm trying to talk to a resistance-measuring device like this one on macos (doing an experiment using this particular device), does anyone have any idea how to do it?

Are you really trying to use this with Cerberus X? If you want do go that route you should look into the c/c++ examples here and wrap the functionality.

But to get quickly into using a device like this, I would choose the python route with the examples here.

Thanks for the tips, well I'm not sure yet what I'm gonna use but as I love to code in CX I would really like to see if I can stretch CX into doing before I consider anything else.
