32-bit gives 2 billion-something which is so nice, it's certinaly enough for most things in this world.
But 64-bit (high-performing big numbers) would be nice to add at some point I guess.

Is JavaScript the only thing that stops Cerberus-X from having the option to use 64-bit integers?
They adding things now, I'm not sure if it's just infinite sizes integers (through new BigInt type) or high performing 64-bit as well.

Not only that target but also knowledge on how to implement various language features like more data types.

No. The limitations are what is available with JScript. And the fact that Googles Android SDK requires JDK1.8, which will not have all the new wonderful features. And some with the knowledge and the time to go though all of the Cerberus code to implement the required changes.
