Where is path to modules_ext specified on Linux?

I've done some re-arranging and seem to have partly broken my install; for programs that include modules in /modules_ext I'm getting not found errors, for example, 'Error : Identifier 'SavePNG' not found.' when using the saveImage module (yes, I have Import saveImage at the top of my source :D ). It seems Cerberus doesn't know where the directory is although the import statement doesn't generate any error. Other programs that don't include any external modules compile and run fine.

Well, I saw that but it doesn't seem to be having any effect:

MODPATH="${CERBERUSDIR}/modules;${CERBERUSDIR}/modules_ext"

Maybe CERBERUSDIR isn't being reported properly??

EDIT it doesn't show up in the PATH when I issue 'env' in a terminal - should it?
EDIT2 Cerberus path is set correctly in options: /home/paul/Cerberus (I noticed that the tooltip for this may be wrong as it says 'You can set the path to external applications here', as does the Blitzmax path option below)

The thing is, it was working beforehand so I think it's something I've done rather than a problem with CX.

Fair enough.

No, I just moved it to my home directory so it's /home/paul/Cerberus
