Windows target error returned

Getting this when targeting windows build.

TRANS FAILED: Error executing '"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2017\Community\MSBuild\15.0\Bin\MSBuild.exe" /p:Configuration=Debug /p:platform=x64', return code=1
 
Which compiler are you trying to use and what version?
If you're using MinGW, make sure that the MINGW_PATH is set to the MinGW compiler in the file config.winnt.txt.
If you're using Visual Studio, then make sure that the MSBUILD_PATH is set to the correct version in the file config.winnt.txt..
Visual Studio 2022 location is different. Open the Windows Explorer and locate where the MSBUILD.exe is.
