If I type rnd then hit space, bracket or enter, it's capitalized (and colored ) as it should be. If I type int(rnd(10)) 'int' is capitalized but 'rnd' isn't. The same applies if I substitute 'abs' for example - seems the left bracket is causing a problem.

I've got API capitalization turned on.

EDIT: I can manually edit the first line to ...Rnd.. and it remains unrecognized ie is still white. The code obviously executes as it should once edited.

Its the result (change) of your complain about function parameters being highlighted.

The whole highlighting needs a redone, which I won't do in Ted anymore. At least not for now.
I am temped to take out the whole thing again and do no api highlighting like we had for years.
CX suffers from inconsistant field and method naming in classes and more.

Heck I think I will take the whole API highlighting and auto capitalization out again.

Don't worry. I will look at it again. It is just frustrating to fix issues when you actually want to go forward.

@MikeHart I agree. Leaving old stuff behind is the only way for Ted. These things are minor issues and fixing them doesn't make Ted more valuable as an Editor. I think Hades is one big step forward for CX and commercial success (your other thread) is also relying on a userfriendly and convenient Ide, because this is what you see, when trying CX for the first time.
