Here are some very short loops which can be freely used or modified. The only restriction is that you don't pass any of them off as your own work (as if you'd want to anyway :p)

To clarify, all of these files are covered by the Creative Commons license CC0. This means that:

You are free to:
  • Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format
  • Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material
  • for any purpose, even commercially
You do not need to give any attribution.

I'm afraid I can't edit the files to change individual levels etc as these were created when I was using Fruity Loops and I no longer use that software.
I'll add more to this first post as I dig them up :D

cardwar-h-s: This was used in a game that's no longer available. Happy/fun tune 1min 36 sec
this_means_war: Upbeat loop for action sequence of Nukewar remake 54 sec
build: Tiny dialog waiting tune from Nukewar 13 sec
menu: Menu audio loop from Pengo 3D remake. Happy with silly sounds 40 sec
game: Main game loop from the above, 1 min 11
highScore: from the above 9 sec
timeBonus: ditto, 32 sec

Thanks for sharing Paul. But you should include a license in the zip files. Look into creative commons licenses.

Well, these would all be covered by CC0, the most permissive license - I'll edit the OP rather than re-upload the files :D
