What are uses for scissors?
I used it with mouse coords sort of an xray effect

The usage for scissors is to clip/limit drawing in a defined rectangle. I would mostly use it in things like drawing UI or a split screen game play.

You know how to use it but are looking for applications? Have you seen the mojotest.cx file in mojo2 examples?

You can use it to reveal or emphasize part of a level/map - maybe to focus on a particular position.

How about a game with terrain scrolling down the screen and the viewport (scissor/clipping viewport) gradually expanding from a small 'letterbox'- it would be like opening the bomb bay doors on an aircraft or spaceship!

Just a couple of ideas of the top of my head...
