Hi, how do you mod the Ted Ide as I would like to customize/personolize it..?

If you are talking the C++ sources, then you need to install Qt5 5.9.2 incl. QT webengine and MsVc Community 2017.
If you are talking new templates, these are stored inside the bin/templates folder. Same goes for themes, these are located inside the bin/themes folder.

Here's my example on personalising TED, I've just edited the theme called cerberus but you can rename it to anything you like of course.
